2007 Hebron Annual Report

 Copies of the 2007 Hebron annual report are available at the Hebron Selectmen’s Office and at the Hebron Town Clerk’s Office.

Tax Bills have been mailed and are due on July 1st, 2008.  The Spring bill is an estimated bill based on approximately one-half of the 2007 taxes paid. When the Tax Office is closed, a Lock Box for tax bill payments has been installed under the glass bulletin board at the Town Clerk/Tax Collector's office. Non-cash payments can now be securely left in the box.

2008 Inventory of Taxable Property: The Town of Hebron is requiring that all landowners fill out a “2008 Inventory of Taxable Property” form for each parcel owned. This is required by NH RSA 74. Completed forms must be returned to the Hebron Selectmen’s Office on or before April 15th, 2008; otherwise, a penalty will be assessed on your Fall tax bill

 NOTICE TO ALL LAKESIDE PROPERTY OWNERS:  Due to the new “Comprehensive Shoreline Protection Act” that took effect April 1, 2008 there are new permits and regulation requirements required by New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services for “Any” construction within 250 feet of Newfound Lake. Before any work is started, property owners need to check with NHDES to see what is required.  The above process will need to be completed and all permits and construction maps or plans required by DES must be complied with before submitting any Building Permit Application to the Town of Hebron.  Dan Merritt, Hebron Compliance Officer
