Paperless Notification of Tax Bills

The Tax Collector's office is pleased to offer an exciting free optional service to property owners – Electronic Tax Bill Notification. Stop receiving your annual property tax bills through the mail. Go paperless today and enable the Town to reduce paper usage and postage costs. The Electronic Tax Bill Registration form can be downloaded from the Forms and Applications section found below.

Taxpayers receiving paperless bills need to contact the tax collector when they transfer property or change email.

The town currently has four payment options available for both paper and paperless property tax bill customers:

  • Cash and check payments are accepted at the Tax Collector's Office (7 School Street, 2nd Floor of Select Board office).
  • Drop box located under the glass bulletin board at 10 Church Lane and drop box in foyer of 7 School Street (checks only).
  • Checks by mail. To expedite your payment processing, please include the payment stub with your payment and/or write on your check the address and the Map and Lot of the property.
  • On-Line, ACH Transactions at the Tax Kiosk; Click Here for Tax Kiosk.

For ACH transactions on the tax kiosk a $.95 convenience fee charged by Invoice Cloud will be added to you total tax bill at check out. Credit card payments are not currently accepted.

  • First Issue Property Tax Bills - Due July 3, 2018

    Tax Bills have been mailed as of May 16. Due date is July 3. All bills are posted on the tax kiosk.  For extended hours and payment information read the June news letter online. Note tax office is now located on second floor of select board office at 7 School Street.


  • Low and Moderate Income Tax Relief (Form DP-8)

    The DP-8 form (Low and Moderate Program) is now available on the NH Department of Revenue's website This form utilizes the Equalization Ratio to determine the amount of relief available under RSA § 198:57 (Low and Moderate Income Homeowner Property Tax Relief Program). The Equalization Ratio, pursuant to RSA § 21-J:3 XIII, is due by June 30 with a thirty day appeal period. The DP-8 form is updated and posted as soon as possible given these statutory parameters.
