Paperless Notification of Tax Bills

The Tax Collector's office is pleased to offer an exciting free optional service to property owners – Electronic Tax Bill Notification. Stop receiving your annual property tax bills through the mail. Go paperless today and enable the Town to reduce paper usage and postage costs. The Electronic Tax Bill Registration form can be downloaded from the Forms and Applications section found below.

Taxpayers receiving paperless bills need to contact the tax collector when they transfer property or change email.

    PROPERTY TAX BILLS DUE JULY 1 USPS Tax bills have been mailed. PAPERLESS Tax Bills were sent online to taxpayers inboxes on May 18. Best way to view original tax bill is to click PAY ON LINE tab on paperless billing which automatically takes you to the tax kiosk. Payment online is optional.   • Low and Moderate Income Tax Relief (Form DP-8)

    The DP-8 form (Low and Moderate Program) is now available on the NH Department of Revenue's website This form utilizes the Equalization Ratio to determine the amount of relief available under RSA § 198:57 (Low and Moderate Income Homeowner Property Tax Relief Program). The Equalization Ratio, pursuant to RSA § 21-J:3 XIII, is due by June 30 with a thirty day appeal period. The DP-8 form is updated and posted as soon as possible given these statutory parameters.
